Returns And Exchange

Wrong size, colour, shape or simply changed your mind? We are proud of our products: that’s why you can return them to us and receive a full refund in the same form of tender as long as you have your purchase receipt. You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they're supposed to do. All our products come with a standard 1 year warranty

You’ll see us popularly advertise “Love our Product or get 110% of your money back”. This is not a scam, and we do diligently honor the promises we make; however to avoid abuse, we limit this offer to be applicable for the first 30 days from the time you receive the product. This promise does not include any conditions. If you do not like our product or service quality, we’re happy to take our product back and provide you with 110% refund . It’s a strict no questions asked policy – to enable you to buy with confidence. Please do note that this offer is limited to only one purchase of the same product to a customer.

What is you are not satisfied with your purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item for a refund. The product however needs to be returned in new, resaleable condition along with all manuals, accessories and packaging

Important Note: We will assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange voucher or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the product is not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use a refund, exchange or repair will be refused.

Refund Methods

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at our returns centre. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account
  • For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for us to post the refund to your account.
