Returns And Exchange

We are proud of our products, that’s why you can return them to us and receive the refund for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping cost in the same form of tender as long as you have your purchase receipt. All goods returned must be in a new and sellable condition, and still in original, unopened packaging and must be returned within 30 days of receiving goods. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for the returns to our warehouse. Returns will not be accepted for used or opened packages/goods. Damaged products or products with missing parts will not be refunded. Goods must be in the same condition as they left us. Please include the copy of the invoice with the returns. Original shipping costs for the return goods are non refundable except where the items have been wrongly shipped or where the goods are faulty products. You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit for the agreed amount.

Important Note:

We will assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange voucher or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the product is not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use a refund, exchange or repair will be refused.

Refund Methods

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of returns received at our returns centre. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account
  • For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for us to post the refund to your account.
